For the Teachers

If you are a teacher in the United States, the new economic stimulus bill signed into law by President Bush in March of 2002 includes a tax break for teachers!

Elementary and secondary school teachers are allowed to deduct up to $250 for out-of-pocket spending on materials used in the classroom (even if you do not itemize).
