The resources that follow are community resources within the Greater Cincinnati area. Some of the resources listed here do not yet have a presence on the internet.
The reason for listing these resources is simple. SpeciaLink specializes in computer access, however, there are times when computer access is not the immediate solution for a child or adult with a disability. The computer access may have to come later on down the road. Maybe vision has to be addressed, or behavior, or hearing, or a medical issue. Whatever! Since the technology is a tool and not something that exists all by itself, we at SpeciaLink thought having readily available a list of resources, would be very beneficial to parents of children with disabilities, adults with disabilities, and all the significant others in their lives. Please provide us with feedback to let us know if our supposition is correct, or way off track. We need your help.
